If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Due to the customization of each order, you cannot return the order unless it’s defective or damaged. All order are final as is.
If the product(s) is defective or damaged, you must communicate within 15 days upon receiving the product(s). We reserve the right to decide, by each individual case, if a full, partial, or no refund is given.
Route 66 Promotions is not responsible for any damages occurred as a result of delivery.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your bank's policies.
If Route 66 Promotions found to be at fault with the defective or damaged product(s), Route 66 Promotions will be responsible for shipping cost.
Allow up to ten business days for shipping of product(s). Route 66 Promotions is not responsible for any tardy orders due to delays or slow service from the postal service.
